National Council for Mental Wellbeing and CSH have partnered to help communities build collaboration between Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) and housing and homelessness sector partners. Materials include this Integrating Behavioral Health and Housing Supports: CCBHC and Medicaid Housing-Related Services Crosswalk, which is intended to inform planning, foster collaboration, and highlight opportunities for more coordinated behavioral health and housing systems across the country.
