The supportive housing sector operates in a complex labor environment influenced by funding structures, regional labor markets, and rising operating costs.

This webinar will present findings from Mission‑Driven, Market Challenged, a national compensation study conducted by Astron Solutions in partnership with CSH (Corporation for Supportive Housing). The study is based on data from 75 supportive housing organizations and more than 6,000 employees and examines pay levels, benefits, and total rewards across a wide range of roles.

During this session, speakers will walk through key results from the research and discuss how compensation in supportive housing compares to living wage benchmarks and other relevant labor markets. The webinar will also explore trends related to recruitment and retention, pay transparency requirements, and benefit offerings, as well as considerations for organizations and funders using compensation data for planning and decision‑making.

This webinar is intended to support a shared understanding of current workforce conditions in supportive housing using objective, data‑driven analysis.
