National Compensation Study Reporting Tool
The National Compensation Study Reporting Tool is an interactive Excel‑based resource that allows organizations to benchmark their compensation against national supportive housing data. Users can select a specific job role and filter results by organization budget size, region, or city, then enter an annual salary or hourly rate to see how it compares to industry averages and percentiles. To ensure confidentiality, data are displayed only when a minimum number of organizations reported for a given role or category. This tool is designed to support compensation planning, budgeting, and data‑informed discussions with funders and other stakeholders.
